:Job Duties

:The duties of the HR Generalist include but not limited to the below

Participate in all recruiting activities -

Participate in all payroll activities -


Enroll and update employee data on the ERP system -

Monitor employee attendance and supply periodic reports -

Prepare job offers and employment contracts -

Update organization charts -

Provide onboarding support and inductions for new staff -

Responsible for employee filling and relevant records

Maintain records for life and medical insurance -

Receive and dispatch internal memos addressed to the HR Director -

Prepare reports as requested by direct supervisor -

Schedule meetings and interviews as requested -

:Skills

Good command of English and Arabic languages -

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office -

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize the tasks -

Accuracy and attention to details -

Basic knowledge of Kuwait labor law -

:Education and Experience

BA in Business Administration or equivalent -

2 years in the HR field -
