Summary:

Job Duties:
The duties of the Creative Producer include, but not limited to, the below:
- Generate ides and develop them in the pre-production stage.
- Build the skeleton for the idea and present it to the production team.
- Decide the appropriate budget for the entire production process.
- Responsible for recruiting the right team to execute the idea.
- Follow up and insure the production process is on track.
- Supervise the post production process, which includes editing, music, coloring, graphics, animation... etc.
- Work closely with sales team and deal with other departments and clients as and when needed.
Skills:
- The incumbent should possess passion for creative art works and be able to generate new ideas.
- Excellent team player.
- Self-learner and eager for improvement and development.
- Multitasker and able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Social with excellent communication skills.
Education and Experience
- Media & Communications graduate, or TV and Multimedia majors.
- 2 years in similar field, or fresh graduates with part-time or freelance experience.
